  I bought my first bicycle from this store, it was a good experience, I got good deal and like my bike very much. However today i went there again but don't have a good experience, I want to buy the bicycle for my wife, the people who talk with us are not very positive, we did not buy anything. I would suggest if you want to buy something, you have to find a good person to talk. That's why I give 3 stars.

  Wonderful staff who spent a lot of time making sure I tried a few bikes out, found a good fit, and was confident with my purchase. Highly recommend shopping here for all things bike.

  We've bought several bikes here. Have often been able to get good deals on prior year models. The best thing for me is the after-sales service. Free adjustments during the first year of ownership is pretty standard. What is exceptional is the yearly free tune-up forever, provided it is done during the off-season and half-price during prime season. I bring our bikes in during the winter and they are in top shape ready to go in the spring.

  Absolutely amazing service! I bought my snowboard here and they waxed it and fit the bindings for free! They have incredible people who are highly knowledgeable about all their products! I’m definitely doing all my boarding business here!
