  I switched from polo park Chatters to Kenaston and had an amazing experience, the hairdresser was super friendly and careful, and my hair looks fantastic now!

  Asked for my natural colour, I'm clearly a redhead with freckles, showed her a picture and she ended up dying my hair a dark brunette. She asked "does it feel good to be back brunette?" ... I have never been brunette nor wanted to be. I told her it was much too dark and she told me it would fade. Very very unhappy, waste of money.

  Staff is friendly. Still upset a month later with my awful hair cut I received. I asked for a trim for my grown out angled Bob and got nothing near that. My hair in the front is long and the back is short(yes how an angled Bob is supposed to look but there is a dramatic difference in length. No angle). I think the girl realized she cut my hair way to short in the back so she just left the front long so I maybe wouldn't realize that she took off way more hair than she was supposed too?! There is no angle what so ever. Now I have to walk around like this for the next 6 months plus.. Not impressed
