  Sometimes work just gets out of hand and Monday you need to get to the bank after weekend madness. I thought banks were expanding hours not reducing them.

  The staff is always friendly and very helpful. While occasionally it feels like they're understaffed they always are able to take care of your needs and give you information pertaining to your account and what options are available to you.

  Well. Just found out today that you are now closed Mondays. So we had to rush to the Ellice branch to do our banking today. It was so crowded and lines were long and I over heard people complaining about the exact same thing as I was. Some of us who don't have a vehicle had to go out of our way on transit to go to another bank to do our banking.

  So my car payment is through royal bank I and i was late depositing money in my "Royal bank account ". So they charged me for having insufficient funds , it makes no sense Royal bank charging me because there was insufficient funds in my royal bank account....
