  I'm at this branch right now writing down this words. They have very horrible service. The front desk does not know what he was doing and saying. Are they trained really? I want to get money out of gic account today and they told me to call phone services. So I did and then the man in the phone told me to go branch. Are you kidding me?! Then I go back this branch to talk to the front desk guy who pretended to be very busy with other customer and let me wait for like 20 minutes. He was completely not sorry for the trouble he brought to me. Finally I asked for his business card because I wanna report him. He was very pleased to give me his name with with a joker smile. Honestly I don't hate CIBC but because of this unpleasure experience I'm not going back again and I cancelled everything with related to CIBC. Good luck!!!

  worst banking experience ever. if you want any bankig services, keep driving to another cibc branch. Their services are terrible. I went there for some documents I need, and got there at least 20 mins before they close. The documents I need are really simple, just need they print something out. But the lady in the desk seems doesn’t know anything, she used at least half hour to figured it out by asking all of her coworkers around. And you know what, she blamed me come so late and they were ready to close! Omg how come it became my fault? And at last I found the documents I got were wrong, it was missing pages. So it was useless for me. I told her this and she said you can go back home to print it by yourself. What?!?! Are you kidding me? I’m sure she is an Indian new immigrant. What I want to tell these new immigrants is，if you can’t perform a good job on these kind of important positions, go to work the low level of labor jobs you Indians suppose to work in Canada.

  Avoid CIBC and avoid this particular branch because their attitude and service are horrible! If you are an international students who just landed in Winnipeg just like I was 8,9 years ago go pick BMO or TD just across the street. I picked CIBC because they had a finical representative spoke my language and CIBCalso has ATM on campus but based on my long time experience it's not worth it!!

  If you need to do extensive banking, be prepared of the unprofessional bank tellers at this location. You cannot expect good customer service here. The financial advisors are at a minimal in their customer appreciation, but at least they do their job. I would advise doing your own research before taking theirs. The wait times aren’t too long, and I always try to go there for very simple stuff like depositing and withdrawing. Anything more, I would go to a different location entirely.

  In the end, when I was so done with their bad attitude and horrible costumer service and I said I want to cancel my account next week ( because it was a Saturday and I need to open another account so I can transfer my money to) their brand manager said in my face and I quote " if you want to cancel your account you can cancel it today" See that! ultimately they don't care about your interest and you mean nothing to them!
