  Amazing cakes!!! My family has always had a Jeanne log cake for every birthday since I can remember! My husband and I then decided to continue the tradition by having them as our wedding cakes this past summer! Best choice we could have made!

  Could not even stand to complete the order due to the brash/short responses of the apparent manager. Looking through the reviews, I'm not even the first one to have this complaint, so maybe Jeanne's should consider having someone more pleasant on the phone! It's shameful that that's how they treat customers who are giving them their business.

  It has less sugar than most cakes and is light, airy and fluffy with the right amount of density. It has all the favourite flavour''s covered and though I've tried other cakes over my many years, I will always order Jeanne's cakes over all the rest every time. Thanks Jeanne's Bakery for always being there.

  No issues with the actual cake itself, however as I called Jeanne's Bakery to place an order I was met with rude, condescending, and impatient customer service. I was constantly corrected and interrupted, and it was clear the person on the other end was irritated with me, despite this being my first time ordering one of their cakes.

  Always a go-to favourite!! Known far and wide!! Not overpoweringly sweet, simply perfect!! Flavourful and moist cake, delicious cookie base, and the icing and chocolate shavings or coconut finish are, well - the icing on the cake!! A perfect finish!!

  Jeanies is historic. But in comparison to the bakeries out there now a days, it is below average. Their icing is made out of lard, and you can taste it.
